Our lil' guy is now 7 months old! He has grown so much in the last month... now sitting all by himself. He has tried all of his first veggies and fruits... loved them all except for green beans... gag, gag, gag! We will try those again in a few weeks. Not quite crawling, but gets on all four and rocks back and forth. Although, why crawl when he can get everywhere by scooting and rolling. He and Lorielle have so much fun rolling from one side of our great room to the other... lots of smiles and giggles! He is learning to clap his hands... and while we are all clapping he says "Yaaaaay!" ... And, of course, just a few days ago, he said his first word... "Mama"... UHM NOT! It was "Da-Da!" All that practice he and Mommy have been doing to say "Mommy!" ... and out comes Da-Da!" Oh well, that is okay! Either way, it melts my heart! He is playing peek-a-boo, gives kisses, shares his binky with Mommy, and still loves to pull sister's hair! OUCH! He has two bottom teeth... and just might take a bite out of your finger if you put it in his mouth. He is such a happy lil' guy... but, I think getting a little too spoiled. After having Daddy home on vacation... and having someone's attention at all times... it has been a rather difficult few days for Mommy now that Daddy is back at work. We have had a few crying spells... but, if sister is near... of course, she runs to his rescue (for some more spoiling, of course!). But that is okay, because Lorielle loves an audience... and lil' brother is always there to watch her! He is very attached to his binky... and won't even try drinking out of a sippy cup.
