~A Princess... and, Her Prince~

Once upon a time there lived a beautiful lil' Princess. Her name was Lorielle. Lorielle loved to dance. Her dream of all dreams was to spend the evening dancing with her Prince. And so she did... and what a magical night it was!


Father~Daughter Dance 2009!

Lorielle was so very excited... I can't even begin to tell you how long she has waited for this night! She was so cute... the night before the dance, she was talking to her daddy on the telephone and she asked him if his black suit was ready to go... and then asked whether he would be wearing a tie or a "bow" (as in bow tie!). I had to explain to her that it was not a "formal" dance... but, 50's style! Bob was a bit nervous... but, he did great!



Daddy bought his lil' Princess a pink wrist courage for the special night!

The Prince treated his Princess to dinner at Applebee's before the big dance! Lorielle ordered a Shirley Temple with extra cherries! MMM'mmm!

... and as luck would have it... the camera broke... and so we have no pictures of the actual event! But really... they both danced their hearts out the entire time... so, I don't think there was anytime to take pictures. Bob called me half way through (Logan and I went out to eat with Grandma and Grandpa) and told us we could come peek. So of course, we couldn't resist! It was absolutely priceless watching them dance together! Lorielle was in heaven and Bob was thoroughly enjoying himself! They were both exhausted when they came home... and Daddy was a little sore the next morning... but, Lorielle has said over and over... "Daddy, it was a night I will remember forever!"
