Destination: Big Bear
On The Agenda: Snow, Sledding, and a whole lot of Fun!
It has been quite some time since we have spent the night in Big Bear. In fact, we haven't since Lorielle was 2... and Logan was a "prayer". So... with a little bit of vacation time left... we made reservations... and headed up the mountain!
Here we go!
And... as soon as we arrived... checked in... we headed to the snow!

Logan was too excited to wait for the sled to come back up the hill and headed down without it.
One more time down for Daddy.
And away they go!
Beautiful! This is the very spot we took Lorielle when she was 2!
Logan loved "hiking" up the hill!
Crash! This tree... and the twigs... seemed to be a problem at the bottom of the hill!
Day 2:
Lorielle and Logan always held hands as they walked through the halls in the hotel... very cute!
Today we decided to pay for a bit of fun... and went tubing down the slopes! Logan was sure we could go much faster on tires! (Sorry no pictures... Mommy could barely hold onto Logan as we zipped down the slope... never mind clutch a camera, too!)
$50 less in our bank account... and about two hours later... we were back on our "own" mountain for fun...real fun!
Looks like rain in the distance... maybe snow tonight!
Mommy... holding on for dear life... and putting her brakes on (all the way down the hill!).
...and giving it another try!

Today we decided to put Daddy's jacket at the end of the path... so, there would be no more crashes into the tree!

Logan was absolutely certain he would come to life!
So, he kept working on him... to make sure he was "just right".
