Paradise Point - Day 3

As I said... this "one last summer blast" is all about relax'n and having fun! With 5 pools to choose from... we spent most of our time in the water! You can't get anymore relaxed than that! After breakfast... we immediately headed for the water! Papa even joined us for some splash'n today!

After all that splash'n ... it's time for some nap'n!

.

This is what Lorielle would consider her nap!

.

Just doesn't look all that comfortable... but, he seemed quite content!

Talk about a pose... could he be any cuter?
.

Time for a lil' painting!

A walk before dinner...

Lorielle and Daddy headed straight for the tower...

Logan feeding the ducks!

Logan was quite fascinated with the turtles.

Dinner-time! We used this table for camping on Lake Mojave way before Lorielle and Logan were born... but, they insisted Papa bring it along for this trip!

Daddy and the grill! Hot dogs tonight... and yes, we now have lighter fluid!

Look'n good!

Time for SMORES again... only tonight it is the real deal!

"Hmmm... not sure I like my sticky fingers!"

"But, it sure does taste good!"

Lorielle likes to take hers apart... just as she does her PB & J sandwiches!

Marshmellows gone... Hershey's next... and then probably only a few bites of graham crackers!

Daddy's turn!

Sleepy babies... and if you aren't... well, Logan will just close your eyes for you!

A hug before jammie time!
.

A lil' too much sun... with a lil' too much sunscreen... on those ohhhh so sensitive cheeks! Poor Lorielle!

Feeling better for some Nintendo though...

Bedtime... and a few cuddles from Papa!

If summer must come to an end... this was definitely the perfect way to do it! I think this was definitely one of the best get aways we've had in a long time! We all had an amazing time... soooo relaxed... soooo much fun... just spending time together as a family and making soooo many special memories! Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for a wonderful trip! We can't wait until next summer!

That looks like a fun and relaxing trip. I have always wanted to stay at Paradise Point! We may have to go there next summer!
