The Happiest Place...

...on Earth! ... DISNEYLAND!

We asked Lorielle what she would like to do for her 6th Birthday. We gave her a few suggestions... a party? a weekend away? lunch and shopping at the American Girl store? Build-A-Bear with a few friends? ... And her choice... A day at Disneyland! So, Mommy, Daddy, and Lorielle spent her 6th birthday at the Happiest Place On Earth... and what a HAPPY day we had!

Ready to Celebrate!

Lorielle has two favorite rides at Disneyland... The Rockets... and The Teacups!

Lorielle doesn't like "fast" rides (just like her Daddy!)... but, she promised Mommy she would try one new ride this time... and she did! Indiana Jones! Last year she wasn't tall enough... but, this time she was! Of course, she explained it was only because she is now 6! She couldn't wait to take a ride in his jeep! If I could have only taken pictures during the ride... her facial expressions were priceless! Did she like the ride? Well, let's just say it won't be one of her favorites... but, at least she tried!

The day was absolutely perfect! The weather was nice... the crowd wasn't too bad... and Lorielle went on every ride that she wanted to. Add a bit of shopping... a frozen raspberry lemonade... dinner outside under the stars... and 3 empty bottles of Germ-X... life is good!
