We had the day perfectly planned! Our third annual visit to Bate's Nut Farm - Pumpkin Patch! We made our way down the freeway... Logan napping... Lorielle chatting... enjoying the beautiful day. Two miles from the farm... traffic slowed... and it took us over an hour to inch our way to the parking lot. Of course, it was overly crowded and we couldn't find anywhere to park. Lorielle was disappointed... Logan ready to launch out of his car seat... and Mommy's nicely cleaned car covered in dust from circling the lot again and again! Oh boy... what are we going to do? Lorielle suggested Peltzer's Pumpkin Patch... what a great idea! Daddy wasn't able to attend with Lorielle's Daisy Troop... so, this would give us a chance to show Daddy what we did! Happy faces once again... and away we went! Even though our day didn't go as we planned... it was still a perfect pumpkin day together!
