Pierogies

M'mmm...

Logan isn't eating much at the moment... a possible side effect from his medication. We are basically down to cold oatmeal and fruit snacks. However, he tried something new tonight... Pierogies! ... And, he absolutely LOVED them! They happen to be one of my favorite Polish dishes that my Grandma Checkwood used to make. Delicious!
